XSTRUCTURES particularly supports industrial clients in the development and optimization of new construction systems, up to obtaining technical approvals (e.g. Technical Assessments) from relevant authorities. Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Technical Manager, the draftsman-designer will have the following missions:

Main missions

• Draw up production sheets (prefabricated elements) and installation plans
• Draw up execution plans (formwork and reinforcement)
• Communicate with the project interlocutors (construction companies, industrialists, design
  offices, etc.)
• Gather technical data to analyze plans
• Manage project data
• Ensure file follow-up
• Manage a team of draftsmen

• Mastering the basic principles of reinforced concrete

• Designing the nomenclatures of diagrams and plans

• Team of 3 engineers + 3 draftsmen-designers
• Salary: €35,000 to €40,000 per year + luncheon vouchers + 50% contribution to insurance

As part of its significant growth, XSTRUCTURES aims to strengthen its engineering department by recruiting a structural engineer. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, the engineer will be responsible for:

Main missions

• Understand and follow the requests expressed by the different clients
• Dialogue with all key project stakeholders: project manager and contracting authority, to understand all expectations
• Analyze the requirements for each project considering all technical and functional criteria, as well as deadlines and budgets
• Take charge of certain design studies, based on the specifications provided and in direct liaison with customers and teams of draftsmen/designers (CAD)
• Model structures using finite elements, carry out design calculations for reinforced concrete structures and prepare calculation notes for Eurocode dimensioning
• Monitor all design processes: pre-studies, studies, study administration, planning
• Advise customers, the contracting authority, the project manager (engineering for example) to ensure the best possible exploitation of plans delivered by the design office: for example, advice on ergonomics, design or updating to standards

• Proficiency in using all software tools of the design office to effectively communicate with all teams.
